Je pokojné letné popoludnie. Pán Wilson (Walter Matthau) odpočíva a číta si noviny. Všade vládne ticho a kľud. Ale zrazu si uvedomí, že také dlhé ticho je podozrivé. Každú chvíľu sa určite odniekiaľ vynorí ON, aby mu vykonal ďalšiu neplechu. Šesťročný Denis, ktorý dokáže svojimi šibalstvami každého priviesť do šialenstva, je naozaj postrachom celého okolia. Ale predovšetkým pána Wilsona! Denis žije so svojím otcom (Robert Stanton) a mamou (Lea Thompson). Posledným členom ich rodiny je veľký chlpatý pes Raf. Spolu so svojimi dvoma kamarátmi, Joeym a Margaret, nielenže spôsobí veľa problémov svojim susedom, ale tiež musí sledovať nebezpečného lupiča "Sama Kudla" (Christopher Lloyd). (TV Markíza)
