Hrdiny jsou sympatický řidič náklaďáku Jack Burton, jemuž v čínské čtvrti ukradnou kamión a jeho přítel Wang, kterému zase přímo před očima unesou snoubenku. Jak se brzy ukáže za vším je Lo Pan, 2258 let starý čínský démon, snažící se získat hmotné tělo a ovládnout svět. Aby toho dosáhl musí obětovat dívku se zelenýma očima. Smůlou je, že si k tomu vybere právě Wangovu snoubenku Miao Jin. Hrdinové se spojí s mágem Egg Šenem a společně s klanem Čing Singů se vydají do podzemí čínské čtvrti, aby svedli rozhodující bitvu s démonickým zlem. (oficiálny text distribútora)
