Sitcom o troch dvadsať-a-niečo-ročných: dvoch chalanoch a jednej dievčine. Pete a Burg sú spolubývajúci a Sharon je ich suseda. Burg (Ryan Reynolds) je pohodový týpek, ktorý študuje medicínu a privyrába si testovaním nových farmaceutických či kozmetických produktov a Pete (Richard Ruccolo) je neurotický študent architektúry a, po pravde, ten zodpovednejší z dvojice. Sharon je drsné dievča so srdcom zo zlata a pracuje pre spoločnosť obchodujúcu s chemikáliami.
Všetci traja trávia veľa času v pizzérii, kde Pete a Burg pracujú. Tu sa stretávame aj s Billom, ich šéfom, a pánom Bauerom, štamgastom, ktorý má ku každej situácii "príbeh zo života", nápadne pripomínajúci nejaký známy film.
