Frank Post je mladý honák krav, začíná pracovat na statku pro zámožného Walta Buckmana. Zde se spřátelí s Rossem Bodinem, ten má sen si na stáří pořídit vlastní ranč v Mexiku, jenže už je mu přes padesát a ani zdaleka nemá dost peněz aby si vlastní ranč mohl dovolit. Díky tomu se nechá celkem snadno přemluvit od mladšího a ambiciózního Franka k jeho troufalému plánu vyloupení banky ve městě. Celý plán přepadení banky spočívá v noční ozbrojené návštěvě bankéře a donucení ho vydat všechny peníze z bankovního sejfu. Jenže situace se zkomplikuje tím, že při návratu z banky oba lupiče přepadne zraněná puma a připraví je o koně. Tím ale trable rozhodně nekončí, protože statkář Buckman se cítí ponížen a vyšle oba své syny dopadnout lupiče. (ic)
